Wedding Bells  -  cold buffet service

 

Or why not consider our most popular wedding meal which suits the less formal celebration. Our staff lay your guests tables with all the necessary crockery, cutlery and glassware and the choice of the first course is presented ready for your guests to sit following any reception drinks. The top table is silver serviced.

 

Once the first course is completed our staff invite your guests, table by table to the buffet table (this reduces the queue) where our chefs hand carve your chosen meats, the salad selection is also served. Whilst there the tables are cleared and prepared for your guests return

The dessert course is served in the same way with coffee served at the table with dessert.
